Our tiny houses are the result of unique design and construction, built on a mobile chassis. In addition to the sophisticated exterior and interior design, we have focused on comfort and energy management.
The houses have only LED light sources, hot water is provided by a hybrid heat pump water heater, and the stove is powered by bottled gas.
On the lower floor of the houses is a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom, totaling 15 sqm. The gallery above the living room has a 5 sqm sleeping area.
The interior's color scheme and layout, and the large glass surfaces give the tiny houses a spacious feel.
There is a large gravel-covered terrace in front of the entrance to the houses. A comfortable dining set is at the guests’ disposal on the terrace.
On the sides of the terrace a blind or hedge provide privacy, while on the side facing the lake nothing disturbs the view.
The terrace is covered with a roof, so you don't have to look for shelter in the house even on hot or rainy days.
There is a small promenade along the rocky shoreline , where you can relax and overlook the whole lake. The light of the rising sun illuminates the willow trees on the other side and casts a wonderful reflection on the water.
The slope is divided by a short stairs leading down to the promenade between dozens of lavenders emitting intoxicating scents.
Purple lavender flowers are visited by butterflies and nectar-collecting insects. Apart from their buzzing, there is nothing else to hear here.
You can really enjoy the tranquility of nature while sitting on the benches on the promenade.
From the street, a simple white farm fence borders the garden. A fast-growing hedge inhibits insight.
The two side neighbors are also separated by a hedge, but the lake-side view is free.
The small but airy garden is planted with carefully selected and cared plants. Purple-flowered acacias bloom throughout the summer, as well as lavenders covering the slope.
The lawn is irrigated by the automatic system at dawn.
When building the garden we did not use solid pavement, the pavements and terraces are covered with gravel.
